In this article, the demand for learning a foreign language is also increasing day by day, science of languages divided into four aspects (reading, reading, listening comprehension and speaking), each which has its own concept skills transfer, educational technologies, effective use modern information technologies in process other similar topics will be discussed. It aims to improve quality effectiveness education through introduction innovative process.
